Job Title: Security/Fire System Installation Technician

Location: Brownstown, Indiana 47220

N-I-Tech is seeking a skilled and experienced Security/Fire System Installation Technician to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to install new security/fire systems, as well as troubleshoot and support existing systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients by providing high-quality installation and support services for security and fire systems.



- Minimum of 2 years experience in installing and servicing security and fire systems, including alarms, CCTV, access control, or related equipment.

- Strong technical knowledge of security/fire system components, wiring, and installation best practices.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to security/fire system installations.

- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve system issues.

- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and address their security needs.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Title: Tier 1 Help Desk & IT Support

Location: Brownstown, Indiana 47220

N-I-Tech is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tier 1 Help Desk / IT Support Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.



- Proven experience in providing technical support and assistance to end-users in a professional or help desk environment.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite, as well as experience with troubleshooting common software applications and hardware peripherals.

- Familiarity with basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner.

- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support to clients.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances.

- A passion for technology and a genuine interest in helping others resolve IT-related issues.
